It was thanks to her technical expertise that Laurence PICHOT became a land expert. After having obtained an Agricultural Engineer diploma (SupAgro Montpellier) in 1994, she worked for ten years in various structures which provided assistance to agricultural holdings. In 2003, she took the plunge: she and husband decided to take over a wine-growing estate in the Luberon and she began working as a Land Expert in 2006. This dual activity provides her with an overall and pragmatic view of the problems that affect agricultural properties.
François AUROUZE, who comes from a long line of Luberon winegrowers, has been working in the world of wine for more than 25 years. After having completed rural law studies in Paris, he pursued further training in viticulture and oenology before taking over the family estate in 1989 while at the same working as a land and agricultural expert at the COURANT firm in Aix-en-Provence. Drawing on this experience, he now divides his time between agricultural management files and expert assessments of wine-growing estates. He has also assisted several known investors in the land and technical restructuring of their wine and olive estates in Provence and in the Rhone valley.
Denis SUBE, who is a graduate of IFREIM (Law Faculty of Aix-en-Provence), has been working as an expert for more than 15 years. He is specialised in property valuations and land law. As a registered expert with the Court of Appeal of Aix-en-Provence, he also works in a judicial environment. Building on 20 years’ experience as a manager in the agricultural and food industry sectors and his work as a trainer in accounting and management, business valuations has become his main area of competence.
Christophe Grelier completed his training in viticulture and oenology in the 1980s. He now works as an independent Expert Consultant and is recognised for his decisive contribution in the creation of top-of-the-range cuvées (vintages) and the regular production of partner Estates. He has played an active role in the progression and recognition of numerous wines. The experience gained (knowledge of vine varieties and terroirs, environmentally sustainable practices, grape tasting …) enables him today to give opinions and recommendations that are valued and sought after on the potential and optimisation of vineyards.
